Inspirasi alam

1- Lawati tasik, air terjun,taman di depan rumah atau tempat-tempat riadah. Bawa bersama buku nota, ambil masa untuk menulis pendapat atau pandangan ‘makna alam sekitar kepada anda’

2- Guna warna-warna alam sebagai warna palette untuk layout anda

3- Guna daun-daun yang anda jumpa sebagai stamp dalam layout anda

4- Sertakan satu serangga/binatang yang anda suka dalam layout

5. Tajuk layout terpulang tapi mesti ada journaling, warna2 alam & satu serangga/binatang.

Challenge # 8

Hari ini kita akan menerokai dunia ‘layer’. Mungkin ramai yang sudah biasa dengan teknik ini. Layering adalah teknik melapis perbagai kertas /ppsebelum photo dan embellishment. PP disusun berlapis dan dalam pelbagai corak dan warna bagi menghasilkan tekstur yang menarik.

“ Decide on the types and colours of papers that you would like to use. Try to think about the texture and the effect you are trying to create and co-ordinate the colours to give a unified effect. You can cut the edges in a square or any other shape with a sharp pair of scissors, try using deckle edged scissors or a different variety of patterned edged scissors as they can create and completely different look to your card or scrapbook page or you could even tear the paper for a different look again. To layer vellum, you could use eyelets or brads to fasten them as glue can make the paper bubble, you could also use vellum tape as this does not show through. Play around with different mediums for your matting and layering as well to see the different effects you can create with materials such as: Funky foam, Hessian, fabric, handmade papers, cork, thin sheet metal as they can add texture and depth to your design. In order to achieve the desired effect the papers should be in a complimentary shape but in different sizes so they can be layered on top of one another. You can use as many layers as you desire. Once you have decided on the layers, carefully adhere them into place. Or if you wish to create a three-dimensional image use foam pads or silicone glue between one or more of your layers.”

Sempat buat tiga sahaja Lay out kali ni menggunakan teknik "Color Blocking".

Challenge no. 6 di sini menanti anda.

Kali ni kita akan mencuba satu teknik iaitu Color Blocking. Mungkin ada yang dah biasa dengan teknik ini.

Definasi color blocking dari scrapjazz website “Color blocking is a fast and easy way to create wonderful looking backgrounds, borders or embellishments for your scrapbook pages. By definition, it means using blocks of color to decorate your pages. Because each block can vary in size, color, shape and position on your page, the possibilities for design are endless using this technique. Color blocking is also a great way to use up some of your scraps.”

Challenge # 5

Sempat buat dua LO untuk challenge kali ini.

Challenge # 5

Masih ingat challenge no.4 di mana anda diminta menyenaraikan 5 barang bagi menghasilkan layout?
Kalau lupa sila check di sini. http://lovescrap.8.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=592 Menggunakan 5 barang2 tersebut anda diminta untuk menghasilkan satu layout.

Syaratnya :
1. Tinggalkan ruang kosong sebanyak mungkin dan buat layout kecil saja contohnya 90% free dan 10 % layout.
2. Embellishment tambahan tidak dibenarkan melainkan anda membuat embellishment sendiri dari 5 bahan yang telah anda senaraikan.
Challenge kali ni untuk develop daya kretiviti dengan sumber yang terhad.
